Implementing Plan No. 87/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee, on the morning of May 8, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an online bridge to launch the "Digital Education for All" Movement, chaired at the bridge of the Department by comrade Nguyen Duy Tu, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department. The conference was attended by leaders of the Department and 145 cadres, civil servants, party members, and key cadres of the Department. The "Digital Education for All" Movement is a step to concretize the Project "Raising awareness, popularizing skills and developing human resources for national digital transformation by 2030", aiming to popularize digital knowledge and skills to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Do Minh Tuan - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: This is a movement of extremely important significance, carrying profound humanistic values ​​for the development of the country and each locality, including Thanh Hoa province; demonstrating the determination of the Party Committee and the government in the development of a digital nation, digital government, digital economy, digital society and digital citizens. At the same time, it is an important task to concretize the Party's guidelines and policies in Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation; is a practical task to organize the implementation of the direction of Comrade General Secretary To Lam on lifelong learning and deploy the movement "Digital Education for the People".
Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province expressed his high agreement and commitment to work with the political system to mobilize all classes of people, religions, businesses, intellectuals, youth... to widely respond to the movement. Models such as "Digital Family", "Digital Market", "Each Citizen - A Digital Identity" will be strongly deployed. In particular, the "Community Digital Technology Teams" will be the extended arm of the movement with the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person", helping to bring digital skills to remote areas, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates listened to Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Duy Binh present the outline of "Digital Education for the People" in the province; Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BKAV Technology Group, thoroughly grasped the topic of updating new knowledge on "Application of AI in work and life".
This launch is not only a call but also a strong commitment to a learning society with equal access to technology. Thanh Hoa strives to leave no one behind in the digital transformation process. The "Digital Literacy for All" movement promises to contribute to building Thanh Hoa province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized and modern.
