Department of Health deploys tasks for the last 6 months of the year

On the afternoon of July 18, the Department of Health held a conference to review the health work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Health, leaders of professional departments, units under the Department, leaders of 48 public service units under the Department and leaders of 4 private health units in the province.

Leaders of the Department of Health witnessed the signing ceremony between the units.

In the first 6 months of the year, under the close direction of the Ministry of Health , the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the close coordination of departments, branches, sectors, unions and socio-political organizations, the provincial health sector has achieved many important results. Population health programs, maternal and child health care, malnutrition prevention, food safety and hygiene, and epidemic prevention have been implemented vigorously and effectively.

In particular, in the context of transitioning to a two-level local government organization model, medical units directly examining and treating patients will remain intact; medical stations will continue to carry out medical examination and treatment, and implement health and population programs, without interrupting medical activities.

At the conference, delegates discussed and analyzed difficulties and solutions regarding the management and operation of medical stations after the merger, disease prevention and control, and the implementation of electronic medical records...

To ensure effective implementation of tasks in the last 6 months of the year, the health sector has identified key tasks such as: Continuing to improve and perfect the health organization system and strengthen health human resources; rearranging health stations to ensure that each health station has at least 2 doctors or more; continuing to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services for the people, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

On this occasion, the Department of Health organized a signing ceremony and comprehensive cooperation between medical units.
