Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang has just signed a decision to appoint Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Member of the Board of Members and General Director of the Vietnam Chemical Group (Vinachem) to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of this group.
Mr. Hiep was appointed to replace Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong who retired from June 1.
The new Chairman of the Board of Members of Vinachem was born in 1977, is a doctor of economics , a basically trained officer and has held important positions in many basic units in Vinachem such as: General Director of Vietnam Chemical Finance Joint Stock Company, General Director of Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.

In January 2019, Mr. Hiep was appointed as Deputy General Director of Vinachem. After 5 months, he was assigned as Deputy General Director in charge of the group. In February 2020, he was appointed as Member of the Board of Members and General Director of Vinachem Group.
