Before the working session, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang and the working delegation came to survey the operations of the Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center.
Arriving at the area to receive documents, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee visited and talked with people coming to carry out procedures. He listened to people's opinions on the handling of administrative procedures and listened to the center's leaders report on the center's activities, including the working conditions of officials and civil servants at the center.

According to the report, the Di An Ward Public Administration Service Center has 15 counters to receive and process administrative procedures and 5 counters to receive non-administrative records. From July 1 to now, the center has received more than 13,569 records. On average, the center receives more than 400 records per day, mainly in the fields of justice, business, land, construction, etc.
Di An Ward has a population of more than 234,000 people, the most populous ward in Ho Chi Minh City, and the second most populous in the country.

Di An Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population size of the wards: Di An, An Binh and the neighborhoods: Chieu Lieu, Chieu Lieu A, Dong Chieu, Dong Chieu A, Tan Long, Dong Tac of Tan Dong Hiep ward (formerly).
