Visit and give gifts to disabled children and children in special circumstances on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival

QTO - On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, from October 3-6, representatives of the Department of Health organized delegations to visit and give gifts to children with disabilities and those in special circumstances at social assistance facilities and facilities for nurturing, caring for, and educating children with disabilities.

Specifically, the leaders of the Department of Health visited 10 facilities, including: SOS Children's Village Dong Hoi, Bac Quang Tri Social Work Center, Huong Phuong Convent of Lovers of the Holy Cross for the Care of Disabled and Orphaned Children, Tri Tam Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education , Quang Trach Center for Education for Disabled Children, Dong Hoi Center for Education for Disabled Children, Le Thuy Center for Education for Disabled Children, Nam Quang Tri Social Work Center, Quang Tri Province School for Disabled Children, Lam Bich Shelter.

At the places visited, leaders of the Department of Health kindly inquired about the health and study of the children; the childcare work at the facilities; and shared the difficulties and hardships of the staff and teachers in caring for and raising children with disabilities.

On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, the leaders of the Department of Health gave gifts and wished the children to always be good, study well, be healthy, and have a happy, safe, and warm Mid-Autumn Festival.

This is an activity that demonstrates the concern of all levels, sectors and the whole society for children, especially children in special circumstances and children with disabilities.
