On the morning of October 6, Mr. Chau Van Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as head of the delegation, together with representatives of provincial departments and branches, had a working session with the People's Committee of Cang Long commune on the implementation of socio -economic development tasks and the operation of the 2-level local government model.

Since the beginning of 2025, Cang Long has synchronously deployed socio-economic development tasks and achieved many positive results. The total production value of all industries reached more than 3,030 billion VND; budget revenue reached 122.22% of the estimate.
The fields of agriculture , industry - handicrafts, trade - services remained stable. Infrastructure works, rural transport, irrigation accelerated progress, ensuring quality and investment efficiency. Health insurance coverage reached 101.06%, cultural households reached 93.72%. The Commune Public Administration Service Center received more than 2,700 records, reaching 98.4%.
The commune recommends that the province soon issue specific instructions on land management, public investment and increase professional staff to meet task requirements in the two-level government model.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Chau Van Hoa highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of Cang Long commune, and at the same time requested the locality to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, proactively removing difficulties, speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital, paying more attention to planning adjustment, land management, administrative reform and digital transformation.
Strengthen and improve the quality of cooperatives, cooperatives and business development activities, call for investment policies. Mobilize livestock households to handle and ensure the environment. From now until the end of the year, the commune needs to be determined to complete the resolution targets; build and supplement the planning estimate, prepare well the socio-economic plan for 2026 and 2026 - 2030, contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks to achieve the set plan.
