Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh as Chairman of the Council

Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra as Vice Chairwoman of the Council.

The Council members are representatives of the Government Office and the Ministries of: Home Affairs; Construction; Planning and Investment; Natural Resources and Environment; Justice; Transport; National Defense; Public Security; Finance; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Health; Education and Training; Industry and Trade; Agriculture and Rural Development.

The appraisal council operates on a part-time basis.

According to the Decision, the Appraisal Council operates part-time and will dissolve itself after the Project to establish Hue City under the Central Government is approved by the Government.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is the Standing Body of the Council, synthesizing and drafting the Council's appraisal results to ensure compliance with legal provisions and reporting to the Council Chairman.

The operating expenses of the Appraisal Council are provided by the state budget, arranged in the regular expenditure estimates of the Ministry of Home Affairs and are managed and used in accordance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and other relevant legal documents.
