Military Youth with Traffic Culture

On October 17, information from the Military Youth Committee said that, implementing the decision of the Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army on approving the plan to coordinate the organization of the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival in 2025, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army directed the Military Youth Committee to coordinate the organization of practical activities, focusing on the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival in 2025 in the two regions of the North and South.

Specifically, the Army Youth Union will coordinate with agencies and units inside and outside the Army to organize the "Army Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province (Northern region) and Division 320 of the 34th Corps (Southern region).

According to Colonel Nguyen Van Ninh, Deputy Head of the Army Youth Union, with the participation of thousands of cadres, youth union members of the Army and other forces, the Festival aims to promote propaganda work, raise awareness, create a strong change in consciousness and responsibility in complying with the law, discipline and regulations to ensure traffic safety; especially cultural awareness in traffic participation of the Youth Union cadres, youth union members, contributing to minimizing traffic accidents inside and outside the Army.

Colonel Nguyen Van Ninh said that the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival at Division 320 under Corps 34 will take place on October 21, including activities: launching the Festival, marching, propagating the Law on Order and Road Traffic Safety; on railway and inland waterway safety and culture when participating in traffic; instructing on scientific and safe motorcycle driving techniques.

The festival in the Northern region is scheduled to take place on November 11, at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province, including the following activities: launching the festival, marching, propagating the Law on Order and Road Traffic Safety; on railway and inland waterway safety and culture when participating in traffic; instructing on scientific and safe motorcycle driving techniques; and organizing a dramatization contest with the theme "Military Youth with Traffic Culture".

To prepare well for the activities of the festival, the Military Youth Union and related agencies and units have conducted a survey of the festival's venues such as: Parade route, festival launch location; safe driving technique instruction area, competition hall...
