Thanh Thuy and her Gunna Green Wings teammates' opponent in round 3 of the 2025 Japan National Volleyball Championship is Nec Red Rockets - the current runner-up, with a very strong squad.

As expected, Gunna Green Wings had a very difficult match. The first two sets were played with the game leaning towards Nec Red Rockets.

Entering set 3, Thanh Thuy and her teammates tried much harder, continuously chasing and creating some moments of pressure on their opponents. However, the difference in class could not help Gunma Green Wings win this set, and they had to accept a final loss of 0-3 (20/25, 17/25, 22/25).

This was the match where Thanh Thuy continued to play in her favorite attacking position, being one of the top scorers for Gunna Green Wings (9 points). However, she did not receive many passes from her teammates.
