Component project 1, managed by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, is 31.5km long and scheduled to be completed in 2026.
Component 2, managed by the Ministry of Transport, is 36.9km long and is scheduled to be completed in 2027. Component 3, managed by the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, is 48km long and is scheduled to be completed in 2026.

Regarding site clearance (GPMB), as of October 30, the total volume of site clearance and handover work reached more than 99% (equivalent to 48.09/48.09km). Currently, there is only 1ha of drainage canal outside the main route being implemented for GPMB because it has just been added to the land use planning of Cu Kuin district.
The relocation of technical infrastructure (electricity, water, telecommunications, etc.) is being implemented by localities. Regarding the dumping site for excess materials, according to the investor's assessment, it basically meets the demand, in which some locations belonging to component projects 2 and 3 are completing procedures to be used for the project.
To date, the construction volume has reached more than 26% of the contract value. Of which, package 1 has achieved more than 31%; package 2 has achieved more than 23% of the contract value; package 3 has achieved more than 29% of the contract value. According to the investor, the project progress is being accelerated by contractors, completed as planned, meeting the set schedule.
