In order for environmental protection work in Hai Son Industrial Park to be carried out in accordance with regulations, Hai Son Company Limited has set out relevant regulations. Specifically, in the project investment preparation phase, enterprises are responsible for preparing and submitting to competent authorities for approval of environmental dossiers (including one of the following dossiers: environmental impact assessment report, environmental protection plan, environmental license or environmental registration at the Commune People's Committee, etc.). In case an enterprise changes production technology or increases production capacity, it must re-establish environmental dossiers in accordance with the provisions of law. The contents of the environmental dossier requesting environmental licensing must comply with the guidance of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020; Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP and circulars guiding its implementation. Enterprises must correctly and fully implement the contents stated in the environmental dossier approved and licensed by competent authorities...
The design of the project's technical infrastructure system must also ensure environmental regulations such as: having a design and layout of the factory floor in accordance with the environmental impact reduction plan committed in the approved or licensed environmental dossier. Building a completely separate rainwater drainage system and wastewater drainage system and must be connected to the rainwater and wastewater drainage system of the industrial park according to the instructions. The enterprise's waste treatment system must be assessed and approved by the competent authority, ensuring that all waste generated during the production process after treatment meets the prescribed standards. Arranging a location to classify and store generated solid waste safely and hygienically (including hazardous waste, production waste, scrap and domestic waste)... The factory must maintain a safe distance from fire prevention and fighting, and at the same time implement soundproofing and foundation treatment solutions to minimize noise and vibration, not affecting the surrounding area.
In addition, enterprises must manage the environment during the factory construction implementation phase. In particular, the responsibility of the construction contractor of the enterprise is to properly implement environmental protection measures throughout the project construction phase in accordance with the proposals in the project's environmental profile approved or licensed by the competent authority. Regarding solid waste management during the construction phase: strictly implement regulations on labor safety and construction site hygiene; must have a safe and hygienic place to store waste and a waste collection contract with a competent unit in accordance with regulations. All activities must only be confined within the transferred or leased land plot. All acts of defecating, littering, debris, sand (caused by means of transport), construction materials... indiscriminately outside the project plot boundary are strictly prohibited. Tents and camps for workers must be aesthetically pleasing and located within the project plot. Violations will be handled according to regulations.
To officially operate, enterprises must be granted a certificate of completion of factory construction (factory completion) issued by the competent authority. Complete construction and operation of wastewater, exhaust gas, odor treatment systems, and measures to reduce noise and vibration in accordance with environmental records approved and licensed by competent authorities. Complete construction of a classification area for storing solid waste and hazardous waste, ensuring hygiene and safety for the environment. Have contracts for the collection of domestic waste, industrial waste and hazardous waste with competent units in this field.
