According to experts from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi's weather on August 5-7 will be cloudy, no rain, sunny. The highest temperature during the day will be around 32-35 degrees, some places will be over 35 degrees; the temperature at night will be around 26-28 degrees.

In addition, the meteorological agency said that on August 6, the Southern Son La, Hoa Binh and Northern Delta regions will have hot weather with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-36 degrees, some places above 36 degrees; the lowest relative humidity is 55-60%.

Warning, heat in the above areas is likely to continue in the coming days.

Note, the forecast temperature in the heat bulletin and the actual felt temperature outside can differ by 2-4 degrees, or even higher depending on the surface conditions such as concrete and asphalt.

The North will have strong heat as soon as the heavy rain stops . Around the middle of next week, the North will have widespread and prolonged heat, after which there will be a possibility of rain again. The Central region is currently experiencing intense heat. The Central Highlands and the South will have heavy rain.
La Nina is about to begin, causing heavy and severe rains and floods . From around the second half of August, the La Nina phenomenon will begin to take effect, and rainfall in September in the North may be higher than the average of many years. In particular, the Central region is at risk of heavy rain and floods in the last months of the year.
