The Congress will take place from October 9 to 11, 2025 at Hall 7/7, Army Academy (Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat) with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", gathering 498 official delegates.

This is an important political event, summarizing the 2020-2025 term, setting goals and solutions for the new period and contributing opinions to the documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
