Innovation in propaganda, dissemination and legal education

The Ward People's Committee has carried out comprehensive and widespread propaganda and legal dissemination work, associated with building communes and wards that meet legal access standards; strongly promoting the role and responsibility of the police force, the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations, and the masses. Since the beginning of 2025, the Ward Police have organized dozens of propaganda sessions on preventing the harmful effects of alcohol, mobilizing people not to share false information on social networks, reminding businesses to comply with regulations on fire prevention, security and order, and traffic safety. The Ward Women's Union has integrated domestic violence prevention and gender equality into its activities. The Ward Youth Union has organized an online law-learning contest. The Ward Veterans Association has promoted the Law on Military Service... The role of prestigious people in the ethnic minority community has been effectively promoted; prestigious people have participated in resolving complicated cases, and at the same time directly propagated in the highland and border communities.

Propaganda activities are flexibly deployed through conferences, seminars, activities of residential groups, party cells, and mass meetings; integrated into major movements such as "All people unite to build a cultural life"; loudspeaker systems, electronic information portals, and social networks, helping to bring legal information to a large number of people.

Propaganda and legal dissemination work is also promoted through professional guidance activities of specialized departments, such as in the land sector, the ward's staff guides people to declare and register land changes, clearly explains new regulations of the Land Law to avoid complaints and disputes. In the tourism - service sector, the ward strengthens propaganda on civilized behavior, environmental protection, no solicitation, price increase during the festival season, Lunar New Year. These activities not only help people understand the law, but also contribute to preserving the image of a friendly, safe and disciplined tourist locality.

Thanks to that, people's legal awareness continues to have clear changes, administrative violations have decreased, conflicts and complaints beyond the level are less; many people proactively contact to ask for legal advice before carrying out administrative procedures.

Practice also shows that the work of disseminating and popularizing the law in the locality still has certain difficulties: the level and habits of receiving information of the people are not uniform; some propagandists have not been trained in depth, lack attractive communication skills. In addition, in the age of social networks, false information and fake news spread quickly also affect the effectiveness of propaganda and disseminating the law in the locality.

To improve the effectiveness of this work, the ward continues to promote digital transformation, strengthen coordination between sectors and organizations, combine propaganda with law enforcement, strengthen inspection and handling of violations, thereby strengthening trust and raising awareness of law compliance among the people.
