Recently, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Quang signed Decision No. 1397/QD-UBND on adjusting the detailed allocation of the central budget investment plan for 2024.

The document clearly stated that the People's Committee of Phu Tho province decided to withdraw 40 billion VND allocated in 2024 for the Project to Restore and Embellish the Landscape Infrastructure of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site to transfer and arrange to speed up the implementation of 2 traffic projects under the Central Budget Medium-Term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2024.

The project of the traffic road connecting provincial road 325B (Bac Lam Thao Industrial Park) - National Highway 2 - provincial road 323H - district road P2 (Phu Gia Industrial Park, Phu Ninh district) is allocated 20 billion VND; the project of Tan Phu - Xuan Dai Road in the period of 2021-2025 (connecting Xuan Son National Park) is allocated 20 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Phu Tho province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with investors and project owners to review and propose the arrangement to refund 40 billion VND from projects under the Central budget's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 for the Project to restore and embellish the landscape infrastructure of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site when submitting to the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee on the allocation of the 2025 public investment plan.

At the same time, supervise investment, monitor and urge investors to implement and disburse capital to ensure investment progress according to the 2024 plan.
