Successful from the Hanoi Singing Contest 2023 organized by Hanoi Radio and Television, with a solid technical foundation, Khanh Thy brings a youthful, pure voice but deep enough to handle soulful lyrical songs for Vietnamese music .

For her second album, singer Khanh Thy did not give it a proper name. Explaining this at the press conference introducing the album on the afternoon of October 23, the female singer shared: “I do not want to give the album a name, because each listener can call it with their own feelings. For me, this is a tribute to those who have loved, who have gone through the misty seasons of memories with music.” This is also like an artistic declaration of the female singer: Khanh Thy's music is not bound, but aims for freedom and diversity.

Album Vol.2 includes 11 love songs, ranging from immortal works of the golden generation of musicians to contemporary compositions: "Da Lat sunset" (Da Cam), "Sad stone slab" (Dieu Huong), "Thuoi ay co em" (Huynh Anh), "Xuan thi" (Phan Manh Quynh), "Thanh pho sua" (Viet Anh), "Tra nong tinh xa" (Tuan Khanh), Medley "Xin con goi ten nhau" (including "Xin con goi ten nhau - Truong Sa - Dau tinh sau" - Ngo Thuy Mien), "Nguoi tinh" (Quynh Anh), "Cho em quen tuoi ngoc" (Lam Phuong), "Linh hon tuong da" (Minh Ky, Le Dinh, Anh Bang), Medley "Yeu khong hoi viet" (including "Yeu khong hoi viet" - Hamlet Truong and "Ai chau noi dau nay" - Duc Tri). Performing songs of many generations of musicians shows the diversity in Khanh Thy's music, and at the same time shows the singer's desire to combine connecting generations of audiences.
Compared to her debut album, Vol.2 shows a clear maturity in Khanh Thy's musical thinking. She did not seek a breakthrough through tricks, but chose to delve deeper into her voice and true emotions.

Commenting on Khanh Thy’s voice in this new album, People’s Artist Ha Thuy said: “Khanh Thy is always a very inquisitive person, eager to learn, knows how to listen, and knows how to worry about her own path. Khanh Thy is also very emotional and lives sincerely. That is what makes Thy’s music have its own unique “touch”.
People's Artist Ha Thuy shared that she clearly saw in Khanh Thy's voice the maturity through each stage. If in the beginning, Thy sang with instinct, with primitive emotions, then now, after the experiences of happiness, suffering, success or failure, Khanh Thy's voice has become softer, more feminine and deeper. She knows how to use her own life experiences to interact with music and most importantly, to touch the hearts of listeners. That is the most precious thing for a singer.

People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh, Chairman of the Hanoi Music Association, commented that Khanh Thy's voice is "not greasy", very pure, rustic, and does not need the support of modern technology. Listening to Khanh Thy sing is always emotional and genuine.
Khanh Thy's album Vol.2 was recorded in Ho Chi Minh City, opening up opportunities for Khanh Thy to collaborate with professional production teams, while also marking an important step in expanding the market and connecting more deeply with audiences across the country.
All 11 love songs in the album were filmed and edited by Khanh Thy. This is quite rare in Vietnamese music production today, especially for a young artist. The synchronization between music and image shows Khanh Thy's seriousness, respect for the audience and long-term strategy in her artistic path.
Accompanying Khanh Thy in both her debut album and this Vol.2 album is Hanoi Radio and Television - the place that discovered and supported her from the early days of pursuing a professional music career, demonstrating the Station's strong commitment to honoring serious creative efforts and building a generation of young artists rich in energy, culture and identity.
Album Khanh Thy Vol.2 is now available on digital music platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube with Audio, MV, Booklet genres, bringing the audience an emotional musical space, where "music has no name, but infinite emotions".
