The Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee, term 2025 - 2030, held its first meeting.

On the afternoon of August 5, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee, term 2025-2030, held its first meeting.

The meeting aimed to discuss and give opinions on some contents of the Subcommittee's action plan and contribute to the draft documents to be submitted to the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam delivered the opening speech of the meeting.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Document Subcommittee chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and members of the Subcommittee.

The first meeting of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee for the 2025-2030 term took place on the afternoon of August 5.

The Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress Documents Subcommittee, term 2025-2030, was established under Decision No. 77-QD/TU, dated July 21, 2025 of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh suggested a number of issues during the discussion.

The Document Subcommittee is responsible for drafting documents to be submitted to the Provincial Party Congress and other documents serving the Congress; drafting and promulgating the Working Regulations and Operation Plan of the Subcommittee; assigning tasks and responsibilities to members.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office Nguyen Khac Binh gave a preliminary report on the preparation work and draft documents.

The meeting heard the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office present 5 important contents, including: Working regulations of the Document Subcommittee; Assignment of tasks to members of the Document Subcommittee; Work plan of the Document Subcommittee; Draft Decision to establish an Editorial Team to assist the Congress Document Subcommittee; Draft Documents to be submitted to the Congress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Hong Thai gave his opinion on the issue of culture and sports to demonstrate the stature of Lam Dong province in the coming term.

At the meeting, the Deputy Heads of the Subcommittee and members of the Document Subcommittee expressed their opinions on the above important contents. The majority of delegates highly agreed with the working regulations and work plan of the Document Subcommittee.

At the same time, delegates contributed opinions to the Draft Documents submitted to the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, especially the Draft Political Report.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy proposed to adjust and include in the Draft document specific information on forecasting opportunities, difficulties and challenges in the new term.

Delegates all assessed that the Draft Political Report is highly political, comprehensive, and clearly indicates the development orientation of Lam Dong province in the coming time.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thang gave suggestions on perfecting the working groups to assist in drafting the document and proposed adding more statistical staff to the province.

Some delegates gave their opinions on the theme and motto of the Congress, especially determining the general goals, key tasks, breakthroughs and development targets of the 5-year term (2025-2030).

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luu Van Trung proposed to adjust some contents in the assessment of existing problems, limitations, and bottlenecks mentioned in the Draft Document.

In addition, delegates also suggested adding subjective causes of existing shortcomings and limitations in the Draft Political Report; some contents on bottlenecks of the province that need to be removed in the next term; strengthening the Party's leadership over law enforcement agencies; responsibilities of the Editorial Team...

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee Ton Thien Dong suggested that the Draft Document should more clearly demonstrate the role of human resources in the new period.

Many opinions also contributed to the Socio-Economic Report with the following contents: It is necessary to add more indicators on culture and sports; clearly assess the advantages according to the pillars of the province in 3 regions; add more indicators on economic, social and environmental development, characteristics and differences of the province, inter-regional connectivity...

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Head of the Document Subcommittee acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of the delegates at the meeting.

The Provincial Party Secretary said that the opinions were very important, contributing to the construction and completion of the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen proposed to supplement and clarify the province's economic strengths in minerals and forests.

Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam affirmed that the first Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has special significance when Lam Dong province and the whole country have just implemented the organization of a two-level government and merged provinces.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Vo Thanh Binh proposed unifying the data and names between socio-economic reports and the Draft Documents.

Therefore, the construction of the Congress Documents must demonstrate innovation, have a long-term vision, and strategic vision in a new space with the potentials and strengths of the three provinces after the merger.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai proposed to concretize the advantages of renewable energy, especially offshore wind power.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized that there is not much time left for the Provincial Party Congress. Given this urgency, he requested the Document Subcommittee and relevant departments to review and promptly complete the draft Congress Documents to submit to the Central Committee according to regulations, meeting the set quality and progress.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Bui Huy Thanh proposed to specify a number of indicators in the Draft Document.
