Currently, a number of green tourism areas have been established in the province, which have been awarded for sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism. At the same time, hundreds of service establishments have also been recognized as meeting green tourism criteria. "These honors affirm Lam Dong's core orientation of developing green tourism, with the motto of not only protecting the environment, promoting the value of the ecosystem but also aiming for sustainable growth. The province focuses on building a development strategy, while supporting businesses to invest in high-quality, safe, diverse and sustainable tourism areas, destinations and products," Mr. Nguyen Van Loc added.

Thanks to the advantages of beautiful natural landscapes, cool climate, poetic sea experiences, discovery, adventure and healing tourism, Lam Dong has become the top choice of many tourists. This contributes to the remarkable growth in the number of visitors and revenue. In the period of 2021 - 2025, the whole province is estimated to welcome nearly 78.7 million visitors, of which international visitors are about 3.248 million (accounting for 4.13%). The average annual growth rate of tourists is 24.44%.

Meanwhile, the Western axis focuses on developing eco-tourism, discovery and experience tourism.
