Organizing the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi

According to Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh, this is the first time the event has been held in Vietnam.

The first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism from October 10 to 12 at the Central Relic Site of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, is positioned as a colorful festival where many cultures meet, connect and shine together.

According to Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh, this is the first time the event has been held in Vietnam. The idea of ​​the festival is that Vietnam can completely become a convergence of cultures around the world . Cultural values ​​will blend together without losing the identity of each country, but also contribute to promoting the spirit of solidarity, together contributing to global development.

This is Vietnam's wish when organizing this event and is also the message that Hanoi - City for Peace, a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, sends. Events within the framework of the festival include: Hanoi World Cultural Festival, Hanoi International Cuisine Program, film screenings, Hanoi International Folk Dance Program, Hanoi International Fine Arts Program, Hanoi International Costume Program, Ao Dai Festival, Hanoi International Book Festival and related supporting activities.
