Colonel Nguyen Quang Luyen, Head of Logistics and Engineering of the Air Defense - Air Force, chaired the conference. Attending were heads of functional agencies under the Logistics and Engineering Department; heads of departments and radio-electronics specialists of units under the Air Defense - Air Force; representatives of the radio-electronics sector of the Navy.
The training program was conducted over three days, including two training days and one day of summary conference. The training content focused on the ultra-high frequency system, air traffic response equipment, search and rescue satellite system, weapon control system on military aircraft; introduction of new VTĐT equipment on L-39NG, T-6C, IAK-130 aircraft; visit to training facilities, Regiments 910 and 940 of the Air Force Officer School.

On September 25, a conference was held to review the technical work of the aviation industry in the period of 2020-2025, outlining directions and tasks for the period of 2025-2030. The center's report assessed the outstanding results: Technical assurance work for many new and modern aircraft types; training and mastery of technical equipment and weapons; the maturity of the team of technical staff and employees. At the same time, it frankly pointed out the difficulties and limitations in the process of transferring generations of staff, the shortage of human resources with basic training abroad, as well as the increasing requirements for foreign languages and technical expertise.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Quang Luyen emphasized: The central task of the Army's technical sector is to master and effectively exploit modern technical weapons and equipment. To successfully complete the task, units need to strengthen close coordination between the commanding agency, training facilities, repair factories and user units; regularly organize training and exchange experiences; pay attention to fostering and improving foreign language and professional skills for technical staff.

The conference also disseminated Instruction No. 1258/HD-PKKQ, dated March 12, 2025 of the Air Defense - Air Force Service on unifying documents and books for the regular construction of the logistics and engineering sector of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and implementing it synchronously throughout the Service.
At the end of the conference, delegates highly agreed on the direction and tasks of aviation technical work in the 2025-2030 period, determined to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, contributing to building the revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Air Defense - Air Force Technical Sector, excellently completing all assigned tasks.
