In the period of 2022 - 2025, the activities of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the Logistics - Technical Department's Youth Union have made new developments in both content and form, with many good models and creative methods being applied effectively. Youth Union members are proactive in carrying out the unit's key political tasks, proactive in carrying out combat readiness tasks, training, drills, actively participating in preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, search and rescue; participating in competitions and sports events with good results.

The Congress discussed and determined the direction of the Youth Union and youth movement activities for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on implementing two breakthroughs: One is: Promoting digital transformation, applying science and technology to improve the quality of performing the unit's tasks. Two is: Educating and fostering moral qualities, training awareness of law observance, discipline, and building a regular routine.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department's Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term with high confidence.
