In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) is entering life strongly, gradually becoming an indispensable tool in many fields. AI is not only a support tool but also a driving force to promote innovation and improve the efficiency of state agencies; understanding and applying AI is a key factor to improve productivity and efficiency at work.
The organization of the Seminar on Artificial Intelligence aims to equip basic knowledge about AI and improve the State's management capacity in the digital environment; at the same time, enhance the operational efficiency of administrative agencies and prepare for the implementation of AI applications in practical work. Provide a panoramic picture of AI's impact on socio -economic development; change the thinking of leaders, officials and civil servants in the digital age. Thereby, introduce a number of professional AI tools to improve the efficiency of public administration work, from creating content, designing documents to creating sounds, images and digital characters.

Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan spoke at the workshop.
At the seminar, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien emphasized: about 65% of current jobs are at risk of being replaced by technology in the coming years. The explosion of artificial intelligence is not only a challenge in terms of skills, but also poses urgent requirements for leadership thinking, governance models and public ethics. AI is deeply impacting the way governments of countries build employment policies, innovate public administration, manage legal risks; at the same time, increasing global differentiation. In the face of the new wave of technology, leaders are called to "think differently, do differently", step out of their comfort zones, flexibly adapt and continuously innovate. According to the Vice Chairman of the Board ofFPT University, strategy in the digital age must be based on three pillars of transformation: transforming leadership thinking; transforming digital infrastructure and especially prioritizing safety, security and information confidentiality. Human jobs can be replaced by technology, but technology also creates new jobs for humans if we know how to use it.
