Awarding 70-year Party membership badges to party members in Dien Bien Phu City

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to Party member Nguyen Viet Diem.
