Lao Cai province delegation pays tribute to heroic martyrs in Dien Bien

Lao Cai province delegation offered incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple.

In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the Lao Cai Provincial Delegation respectfully offered incense, expressed gratitude, deep remembrance and gratitude to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons of the nation who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
