On the afternoon of April 5, at the Ministry's Leadership Meeting for the first quarter of 2024, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Ministry of Justice's leadership, Minister Le Thanh Long presented the Decision appointing comrade Nguyen Van Bon, Director of the State Compensation Department, to hold the position of Director of the National Center for Judicial Records.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership, Minister Le Thanh Long congratulated comrade Nguyen Van Bon on his appointment as Director of the National Center for Judicial Records. The Minister affirmed that the process and procedures for appointing comrades were strictly implemented in accordance with the law with a high percentage of votes, thereby demonstrating comrades' prestige.

Faced with the difficulties and challenges in his new position, Minister Le Thanh Long hopes that Comrade Nguyen Van Bon will continue to learn and research the situation, promote a sense of responsibility in leadership and direction, especially focusing on creating consensus and unity in the National Center for Judicial Records. In addition, the Minister stated that the Prime Minister has just issued Directive No. 23/CT-TTg on promoting reform of administrative procedures for issuing Judicial Records to facilitate people and businesses. The Minister requested Comrade Nguyen Van Bon and the National Center for Judicial Records to study and advise the Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership to fully and synchronously implement the requirements and solutions in the Judicial Records work of ministries and branches, " clearing backlogs, avoiding delays in issuing Judicial Records ", and at the same time focusing on applying information technology in handling public administrative work to quickly and promptly respond to people's requests.

He promised to always strive, try his best, constantly learn, practice, be dedicated, and quickly approach new tasks; join hands and unite with the Party Committee of the unit, the collective leadership of the unit and the cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the unit in the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and unity to maintain and promote the achievements that have been achieved, determined to build the unit to develop more and more sustainably and modernly, contributing worthily to the position and role of the Ministry of Justice.
In the coming time, comrade Nguyen Van Bon hopes to receive the attention and direction of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee of the Ministry and the Ministry's leaders, the coordination of the units under the Ministry as well as the support, solidarity and unanimity of the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the unit to complete the assigned tasks.
