Implementing targets and tasks of civil and administrative enforcement in 2025

In 2024, the Provincial Steering Committee for THADS has performed well its role in advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the strengthening of THADS work, thereby mobilizing the combined strength of sectors and levels in supporting and coordinating, creating strong changes in THADS work. The activities of the two-level THADS Steering Committee continued to be maintained and promoted effectively, basically fulfilling its roles and tasks as prescribed. THADS agencies in the province have synchronously deployed all aspects of work; completed 4,940 tasks, an increase of 660 tasks (up 13.36%) over the same period in 2023, reaching 83.80%, exceeding 0.15% compared to the target assigned by the General Department of THADS; Regarding money, more than 268 billion VND has been executed, an increase of more than 58 billion VND (an increase of 21.65%) over the same period in 2023, reaching 53.61%, exceeding 6.76% compared to the target assigned by the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. A number of other areas such as: Execution of judgments on state budget revenues, results of organizing compulsory execution of judgments, recovery of misappropriated and lost assets in criminal cases of corruption, economics , execution of judgments related to credit, banking, citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations about civil judgment enforcement.... have been effectively implemented.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control chaired the conference.

Concluding the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of all civil servants of the THADS sector, as well as the attention and coordination of relevant agencies and units in performing assigned political tasks in the locality. To complete the targets and tasks of THADS work and administrative judgment enforcement in 2025, as well as overcome shortcomings and limitations in 2024, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the THADS agency and relevant agencies and units to continue to closely follow the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State; specify the tasks; do a good job of advising, focusing on directing and coordinating the organization of THADS work seriously and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the good completion of assigned targets and tasks. Strengthen discipline and responsibility in handling work; improve the effectiveness of coordination in organizing THADS.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Provincial Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement to continue advising the Provincial People's Committee on the work of monitoring and enforcing administrative judgments, ensuring the proper and full implementation of its duties and responsibilities. The Police, Court, Procuracy and relevant sectors shall direct and coordinate closely with the administrative judgment enforcement agencies to promptly resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing administrative judgments in the province. The administrative judgment enforcement agencies shall organize dissemination and dissemination to raise awareness and responsibility, create high unity in the perception and actions of the administrative judgment enforcement agencies and the entire political system on policies, requirements and tasks of streamlining the apparatus in the new situation; focus on reviewing, advising, proposing, perfecting and arranging focal points within the agencies and units under their management to ensure streamlined apparatus, effective and efficient operations, suitable to the situation and characteristics of the locality...
