Thai Nguyen Provincial leaders inspect the progress of industrial park infrastructure projects.

On October 2, comrade Bui Van Luong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, inspected the progress of infrastructure projects in industrial parks and preparations for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Phu Binh Industrial Park (IP) project has an area of ​​675 hectares, total infrastructure investment capital is more than 11 trillion VND; the investor is preparing to implement phase 1, needing to clear 190 hectares of land to construct the main infrastructure. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to closely coordinate with relevant local authorities and professional agencies to soon carry out the next steps to have at least 30 - 50 hectares of clean land, ready to start construction in December 2025.

The Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park project covers an area of ​​nearly 300 hectares, affecting 1,348 households, of which 700 households must be relocated. Up to now, the declaration, approval of plans, and compensation payments have encountered some difficulties.

Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park project has a planned area of ​​nearly 300 hectares, with a total investment of 3,650 billion VND. Up to now, the work of declaration, counting, payment of compensation for site clearance and resettlement arrangements has not been on schedule. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the leaders of localities in the project area to be more closely and resolute in performing the assigned tasks.

The comrade assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to closely coordinate with investors, local authorities and functional agencies to speed up the statistics, counting, and timely, correct and sufficient payment to the people. Site clearance work must be associated with ensuring the regime, policies and legitimate rights of the people; resettlement work must come first to create consensus.
