Hue University of Economics aims for leading innovation

On the afternoon of December 21, the University of Economics - Hue University coordinated with the Center for Educational Quality Assessment - Hanoi National University to organize a ceremony to announce and award the second cycle of educational quality assessment certificates. Previously, the school had achieved the educational quality assessment certificate according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standards for the period 2017-2022.

Associate Professor, Dr. Truong Tan Quan, Principal of Hue University of Economics, affirmed that the quality accreditation certificate is not only proof of training quality but also brings opportunities to improve the quality of all aspects of the school's activities.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Truong Tan Quan, the University of Economics - Hue University was assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training to train undergraduates since 1969 and postgraduates since 1999. Up to now, the school has trained 3 doctoral majors, 5 master's majors and 22 programs at the university level, with 37 doctoral, 3,500 master's and more than 35,000 bachelor's graduates.

From 2022, the University of Economics - Hue University in coordination with the Center for Education Quality Assessment - Hanoi National University will conduct the second cycle of educational institution assessment, including self-assessment, preliminary survey, and official survey.

Through the assessment process, on December 19, 2023, the Center for Education Quality Assessment - Hanoi National University recognized the University of Economics - Hue University as meeting educational quality standards.
