On August 15, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province announced that it had issued a notice of inspection results of the management work of Dak Lak Pedagogical College. Accordingly, the Department pointed out many violations in the school's enrollment work.

Specifically, in the 2018-2019 school year, Dak Lak Pedagogical College enrolled 39 more students than the target for the full-time Preschool Education program.

In particular, for the College-level Preschool Education sector (linking from the Preschool Pedagogical College) - Work-study system, the school recruited 100 more students than the prescribed quota in 2 school years (the 2021-2022 school year exceeded 87 quotas; the 2022-2023 school year exceeded 13 quotas).

Due to exceeding enrollment targets, up to now, 52 candidates have taken the graduation exam in June 2023 but have not been granted graduation certificates in time, affecting the rights of learners.

In addition, in the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years, Dak Lak Pedagogical College recruited students for a teacher upgrading class without meeting the prescribed requirements, resulting in 47 students who took the graduation exam (April 2023) but were not yet granted a degree and 30 candidates were not allowed to take the graduation exam on June 22-23, 2024.

Thus, a total of 99 students have taken the graduation exam but have not yet received a diploma from the school.

Immediately after discovering the above violations, the Department of Education and Training requested Dak Lak College of Education to propose solutions to overcome the shortcomings and report to the Department before September 30.

Speaking to VietNamNet reporter on the morning of August 15, Mr. Do Tuong Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, said that this was the announcement of the unit's inspection results for the school. The inspection team recommended a number of contents for the Department director to propose to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
