The Director of the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training has just signed a decision to dismiss the principal of Cao Ba Quat High School due to many violations during his work.

On October 8, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Luu Tien Quang, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Department of Education and Training, said that this unit has just issued a decision to dismiss Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue, Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School.

According to the decision of the Department of Education and Training, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue was dismissed from her position and transferred to work as a teacher at Cao Ba Quat High School.

The reason Ms. Hue was dismissed from her position was due to many shortcomings and violations in implementing regulations on professional regulations, extra-budgetary revenues and expenditures, and public finance and asset management. At the same time, Ms. Hue was disciplined in the form of a warning.

Previously, during her time as Principal of Chu Van An High School (Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province), Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue committed many violations and was complained and reported by teachers and parents. Afterwards, Ms. Hue was disciplined with a reprimand.

After being reprimanded, Ms. Hue continued to reoffend to the point of having to receive a warning. However, at that time, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province only gave her a severe criticism.

In July 2023, after being criticized, Ms. Hue was transferred by the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training to become the Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School. Here, Ms. Hue continued to be reported by teachers for violating the law on collecting student fees...

In the 2024-2025 school year, many students at Cao Ba Quat High School asked to leave school or voluntarily submitted applications to reserve their results as the high school graduation exam approached.

When these students asked to go back to school, the school refused on the grounds that they were not approved for the graduation exam, and they did not pass the exam...

After the press spoke out, these students were allowed to retake the course and all graduated, including one student who passed the entrance exam to the Medical College.
