Tuyen Quang deploys action program to implement the 1st Congress resolution

The conference reviewed, discussed and approved drafts of important contents to be implemented in the coming time such as: Working regulations of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; Action program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term I, 2025-2030; Full-term work program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; Working regulations of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, term I, 2025-2030; Full-term inspection and supervision program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; Report on leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the results of performing tasks in the past 9 months; directions and key tasks for the last 3 months of 2025.

At the Conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the contents of the submissions and reports. The main point of agreement was to approve the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to specify the goals, tasks, key and breakthrough solutions to develop the province quickly and sustainably.

During the 2025-2030 period, the Party Committees and authorities of Tuyen Quang province will develop 37 documents to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The action program of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province for the 2025-2030 term focuses on 8 main tasks: Maximizing potential and advantages, mobilizing all resources, promoting economic development; Improving the quality of cultural and social work, preserving and promoting cultural values ​​associated with promoting and developing tourism; Building Tuyen Quang people to meet the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development; Promoting the development and application of science and technology, promoting innovation and digital transformation; Managing and effectively using resources, protecting the environment, proactively adapting to climate change; Organizing the implementation of tasks on ensuring national defense and security; Improving the effectiveness of foreign affairs activities; Organizing the implementation of tasks on building a strong government, operating effectively and efficiently; Improving the quality of judicial work; Organize the implementation of tasks on innovating the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations, strengthening the strength of great national unity; Organize the implementation of tasks on strengthening the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party, and improving the Party's leadership capacity.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh requested Party committees, local authorities, agencies and sectors to continue to thoroughly grasp, concretize and seriously implement resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat, focusing on resolutions, directives and conclusions on Party building and the political system, on socio -economic development, on continuing to implement tasks and solutions to build two-level local governments; action programs of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement the breakthrough resolutions of the Politburo on bringing the country into a new era.

In addition, focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of key targets, tasks and solutions of the Socio-Economic Development Plan and the State budget estimate for 2025, ensuring the completion of the growth target of 8% or more; speed up the progress of construction and disbursement of public investment capital and national target programs, ensuring that by December 31, 2025, over 95% of the assigned capital plan is completed.

At the conference, comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, handed over decisions to assign and transfer comrade Tran Quang Minh to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and comrade Dao Thi Mai to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the need to strongly innovate the Party's leadership method, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, the quality of Party members, and reform administrative procedures in the Party. In particular, it is necessary to do well the work of cadres, clearly identifying this as the "key of the key", to perfect the apparatus, to meet the requirements of tasks in the new revolutionary period; continue to lead and direct the implementation of all aspects of work to firmly protect national sovereignty and borders, ensure national defense, security, social order and safety; do a good job of caring for people's lives. Continue to lead and direct the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters caused by storms No. 10 and No. 11 and post-storm circulation, to soon bring activities back to normal, and stabilize people's lives.
