In the 2026-2030 period, the Government Party Committee sets out key tasks such as: continuing to promote the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong, associated with synchronous innovation of methods and improving the Party's leadership and governing capacity over the State and society, especially building a socialist rule-of-law State.

Focus on prioritizing the synchronous building of development institutions, focusing on the legal system, mechanisms and policies.

Continue to perfect and promote the development of a modern, internationally integrated, socialist-oriented market economy to meet the requirements of developing new productive forces.

Promoting private economic development is the most important driving force of the economy.
