Appropriation of property from fake information about scholarships and studying abroad.

The Department of International Cooperation - Ministry of Education and Training said that recently there has been a phenomenon of counterfeiting seals and signatures and providing false information about scholarships and funding for studying abroad.
These tricks are aimed at defrauding students, preying on the desire of many parents and students to study abroad. Many cases have lost money, suffered financial and mental damage because of placing trust in documents, emails, or invitations floating on the internet.

Not only causing damage to learners, this fake information also directly affects the reputation of the Department of International Cooperation as well as the Ministry of Education and Training.
Faced with that situation, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that officials, civil servants, public employees, people and organizations need to be extremely vigilant and cautious about unverified invitations for scholarships and sponsorships for studying abroad.

To ensure your legitimate rights, you should only refer to scholarship and study abroad funding information from official information channels of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Absolutely do not trust, transfer money or provide personal information to impersonating organizations or individuals.

Being alert to fake news is the way to protect yourself and your family.
Remember: only trust official sources of information from the Ministry of Education and Training.
