Vietnamese American had a seizure and died while visiting Cat Ba Bay, Hai Phong

On the afternoon of October 4, a representative of the People's Committee of Cat Hai district ( Hai Phong city) said that in the district, a tourist showed signs of illness and died while visiting a bay in this district.

Initial information, on the morning of October 4, Mr. BTH (64 years old, Vietnamese American) went to visit the bays of Cat Ba archipelago (Cat Hai, Hai Phong) on ​​a boat of a travel company in the district.

At around 11:30 a.m. the same day, Mr. BTH had convulsions and lost consciousness. This tourist was given first aid and brought to shore for emergency treatment at Cat Hai District Medical Center but later died.

The incident is currently being investigated and clarified by Cat Hai district authorities.
