The results showed a strong consensus of opinion from the public, with most of the honored cuisines achieving a consensus of more than 94% from voters.

With 96.67 points, ranked 4th on the list of countries with the world's leading cuisines, Vietnamese cuisine is highly appreciated thanks to its fresh, rich and diverse source of ingredients.
Condé Nast Traveller experts introduce: "We have all seen the lush rice fields in Vietnam. So it is no surprise that the ingredients are especially fresh. Rice is prepared in all kinds of ways, present in countless familiar dishes: hot bowls of rice, noodles, soft pho or chewy rice paper rolls... All are harmoniously combined with vegetables, fresh meat and typical spices".
Vietnamese cuisine always brings tourists authentic and complete experiences. And each dish will "tell" its own stories about the country, culture and local people.

The countries honored in the list all achieved impressive scores. This shows that cuisine has an extremely strong attraction. And each country has its own creative way of preparing dishes to evoke flavors.
