Information from the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) on October 6 said that the Ceremony to honor the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises of Vietnam 2025 and announce the Map of Digital Technology Enterprises of Vietnam 2025 in 23 fields will take place on October 9, 2025 in Hanoi.
The Top 10 Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprises Program is an annual program to select and recognize Vietnam's most prestigious and capable enterprises, initiated and organized by VINASA since 2014. 2025 marks a comprehensive innovation of the Program.
Accordingly, for the first time, the selection and honoring of outstanding enterprises is closely linked to the assessment and construction of the Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprise Map. The VINASA Tech Map assessment method applied to build the map is based on Gartner's Magic Quadrant methodology, the questions are adjusted to suit the reality of Vietnam.
The innovations of the Program will provide a more open and accurate picture to help businesses locate where they are in their field of operation, compare with other businesses. For application units, viewing the map can also evaluate and select technology suppliers more accurately. Management agencies can also base on the map to have information and plan appropriate policies and strategies to promote the development of the industry and businesses.
The program will be implemented from January 22, 2025. After 8 months of implementation, the Announcement and Honor Ceremony will be held on October 9, 2025, with two main contents.
Announcement ceremony of 23 Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprise Maps 2025. The map covers 23 fields divided into 5 groups: Group 1: Technology development and platform providing enterprises; Group 2: Management solution providing enterprises; Group 3: Specialized solution providing enterprises; Group 4: Digital service enterprises; and Group 5: Digital technology startups. The selected fields are fully built from digital infrastructure, new AI and blockchain technologies to enterprises providing digital products and services for economic sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, healthcare and agriculture.
In this phase, 257 enterprises were arranged in 389 positions in 23 maps. Of which, 81 enterprises were authenticated with full data, arranged in 171 positions on the map of 23 fields. All 23 Maps will be published and provided free of charge for organizations and enterprises to search and use.
Mr. Lam Quang Nam - Vice President of VINASA, Head of the authentication assessment expert group said: "This assessment uses an independent assessment method, ensuring objectivity and accuracy. The location of businesses on the map accurately represents the vision and capacity with the most updated data received by VINASA. We will expand the collection of registrations, authentication and map arrangement regularly and continuously, not just by campaign."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang - Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA emphasized: "We expect that the Digital Technology Enterprise Map with a comprehensive and international standard approach will help businesses "know themselves, know others" to promote their strengths and improve their weaknesses, continuously innovate, build capacity to affirm their position on the Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprise Map"
The ceremony to honor the Top 10 Digital Technology Enterprises 2025 will have 171 enterprises to be honored. According to the Organizing Committee, the VINASA Tech Map evaluation system includes 10 groups of criteria divided into 2 axes: Vision: Innovation, Market Strategy, Ecosystem, Sustainability, Compatibility; Execution Ability: Product Quality, Customer Service, Development Strategy, Market Share, Finance.
From there, businesses are classified into 4 groups: Leading - Strength - Exploration - Specialized advantages, clearly reflecting their position, capacity and development orientation. This is the basis for the Expert Council and the Jury Council to evaluate and honor the Top 10 businesses in each field.
According to VINASA representative, only 81 enterprises have been evaluated and verified by the expert council to be honored. Moreover, the Top 10 digital technology enterprises will not only honor the leading enterprises, but also the Top enterprises in the group with good capacity and execution capacity, Top enterprises in the exploration group with good vision, capable of dominating the market in the near future will also be honored.
In addition, VINASA representative said that the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Forum 2025 (AI360) will also take place on October 9, 2025 in Hanoi. The event is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology with the theme "Building Smart Enterprises and Society with AI."
AI360 will focus on discussing the transformation of AI strategy into practical action, through key contents such as: AI in Government and Organization: Improving the efficiency of the 2-tier Government model; Vietnam Solution Ecosystem: Ready for all Business Problems; Building and Developing AI Product Capacity for Vietnamese technology enterprises./.
