Vingroup proposes to support 500 billion VND for people affected by storm Bualoi

According to the above news shared by Vingroup representative, the relief will be deployed immediately from today to promptly share difficulties and support local people to quickly stabilize their lives after natural disasters.

Representatives of Thien Tam Fund presented support for building temporary shelters for people in Lu Village after storm Yagi .

Specifically, Vingroup will provide emergency support in all provinces, cities, and communes directly affected by storm Bualoi, focusing on three main groups of people: families whose members died due to the storm; families whose houses were completely destroyed; and families of meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs, and households in especially difficult circumstances whose houses had their roofs blown off by the storm.

Accordingly, families with deceased or missing people will receive VND100 million in support for each deceased or missing person; families whose houses have completely collapsed will receive VND60 million per household; families of meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs, and extremely disadvantaged households whose houses have had their roofs blown off will receive VND20 million per household. The total minimum support budget is VND500 billion, and Vingroup has committed to increasing the budget if the actual damage exceeds the estimate.
