Vinh Phuc shifts growth model from brown to green

To accelerate the green transformation process, transforming the growth model from brown to green, Vinh Phuc focuses on attracting investors in renewable energy; encouraging enterprises in industrial parks to invest in modern, energy-saving production technology; promoting the development of the Eco-Industrial Park model; prioritizing the attraction of high-value, non-polluting industries. Solving problems and barriers when implementing green transformation, towards building a green economy and a circular economy.
