According to the leader of Tan Lap A village (also known as village 12, Dak Mar commune), recently, when there was heavy rain, red mud from the high area was washed down Ho Chi Minh road and flooded into people's houses. The heaviest rain was on the evening of October 4, with about 8 households affected. People quickly cleaned up inside their houses, but the area in front of the yard was still muddy and could not be cleaned up.

Mr. Pham Van Hoan (Tan Lap A village) said that this situation has happened many times in the past 2 months, with at least 4 times in September and 2 more times in October. The rain on the night of October 4 caused mud and water to flood into 2 of his family's houses, damaging a noodle making machine and affecting production and business activities. Currently, the family has only finished cleaning one house, the other is still flooded with mud.
