According to the Memorandum of Understanding recently signed, VNPT and KDDI will study cooperation in the field of telecommunications business and related fields to build cooperative relationships, deploy digital service ecosystems in Vietnam, integrate with traditional telecommunications services to bring new products and services to the market and improve customer experience in the Vietnamese market.
Within the framework of this strategic cooperation, VNPT and KDDI aim to jointly deploy new digital experiences for VNPT customers with the advantages of fast speed, convenience, high transparency and outstanding personalization - setting a new user experience standard for the Vietnamese market.
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding also marks an important milestone in the cooperation between VNPT and KDDI, affirming the close relationship between the two leading telecommunications enterprises in Vietnam and Japan.
Background
- With a population of over 100 million, Vietnam is witnessing an explosion in Internet and mobile phone penetration. The government has set a target of the digital economy contributing 30% of GDP by 2030 and is promoting the application of online services, including public administrative services. At the same time, lifestyles and consumer behavior in Vietnam are increasingly diverse, creating a wide range of digital service needs. To maintain a competitive advantage, network operators in Vietnam are seeking and applying flexible business models to provide products and services personalized to the needs of each user.
