"While waiting for a food supplier to be invited and for the bidding procedures to be completed as prescribed, Trung Vuong Primary School announces that it will temporarily suspend boarding activities from September 22, 2025 until all conditions are met and parents will be notified," the announcement stated.

As Thanh Nien reported, on September 16, Lam Dong Provincial Police and authorities of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat went to Trung Vuong Primary School to verify information shared on social networks about the complaint that the principal had contracted with a supplier to repeatedly bring dirty food into the boarding kitchen.
Then, on the evening of September 18, at Trung Vuong Primary School, Mr. Nguyen Mau Ha, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, chaired a meeting to consider and resolve the case of information shared on social networks accusing the Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School of contracting with a supplier to repeatedly bring dirty food into the school's boarding kitchen.

On September 20, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting departments, branches and authorities of communes, wards and special zones to urgently tighten food safety management at boarding schools.
Accordingly, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant units to quickly verify, clarify the reflection, investigate responsibility and report to the Provincial People's Committee before September 23. At the same time, inspection teams will increase surprise inspections of collective kitchens, especially large-scale schools, promptly correct violations, and ensure food safety.

Regarding the education sector, the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the need to strengthen coordination between schools and the Parents' Association to promote the role of supervising boarding kitchens; teachers and students must be equipped with knowledge to protect themselves from the risk of poisoning and foodborne diseases.
The provincial police are assigned to fight and strictly handle violations of the law in the business and supply of poor quality food; strictly handle organizations and individuals who violate the law, especially the smuggling, production, processing and trading of fake and poor quality food.
In a report sent to the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, the Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School clearly stated that 5 food suppliers for the boarding kitchen in the 2024-2025 school year include: Ms. NTB, residing on Dinh Cong Trang Street, Ward 7, Da Lat City (now Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat), Mr. NVL, residing on Phu Dong Thien Vuong Street, Ward 8, Da Lat City, Mr. NNQ, residing on Tran Dai Nghia Street, Ward 8, Da Lat City (now Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat), Ms. VTLM, residing on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Lien Nghia Town, Duc Trong District (now Duc Trong Commune) and KN Clean Food One Member Co., Ltd., located in Fi Nom Village, Hiep Thanh Commune, Duc Trong District (now Hiep Thanh Commune, Lam Dong).
