The People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat assigned Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hien, Head of the Department of Culture - Society of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, to be in charge of Trung Vuong Primary School for 15 working days, starting from September 24.
Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hien is responsible for performing the duties of Head of the Department of Culture and Society and Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School during the time Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga is temporarily suspended from work.
On the same day, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat also deployed the decision and inspection plan when there were signs of violations against the Party Cell Secretary and Party Committee of Trung Vuong Primary School, with Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga as Secretary.
As Thanh Nien reported, on the afternoon of September 23, at an online conference with 124 wards and communes to assess the socio -economic situation in the first 9 months of 2025, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, expressed his opinion on the information that Trung Vuong Primary School used dirty food in boarding meals for the 2024-2025 school year.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested to quickly handle and clarify individual and collective responsibilities in the case of dirty food in the lunch at Trung Vuong Primary School (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat), in order to ensure absolute safety for students.

Regarding this incident, on the evening of September 15, a complaint appeared on social networks accusing the Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School of contracting to bring dirty food into the school's canteen. On September 16, Lam Dong Provincial Police and the authorities of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat directly went to the school to verify. Concerned for their children's health, more than 100/700 parents proactively took their children home and did not allow them to eat at the school.
On the evening of September 18, Mr. Nguyen Mau Ha, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, chaired the confrontation between Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga, Principal of the school and parents.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh (kitchen team for the 2024-2025 school year) sent a complaint to the principal many times for allowing dirty food into the kitchen of Trung Vuong Primary School.

At this meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh (kitchen team for the 2024-2025 school year) said that since August 11, 2025, she and the kitchen team have sent many complaints about the principal's tolerance of dirty food in the boarding kitchen, but have not been invited to work with the authorities. Therefore, she decided to make the complaint public on social media so that parents can know.

Parents asked Ms. Nga to answer clearly, if the accusation is true, the principal must admit it; if it is false, the slanderer must be punished. However, Ms. Nga's opening response not only eased the tension but also caused more anger and anxiety among parents. On September 19, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document directing the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Department of Education and Training and related units to quickly verify and clarify the press reflection, and report the results before September 23.
From September 22, Trung Vuong Primary School temporarily closed its boarding kitchen, parents waited to pick up their children to go home for lunch.

On September 20, Trung Vuong Primary School announced that it would temporarily suspend boarding meals from September 22 because suppliers had stopped delivering food, leaving the school without an alternative source.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat issued a decision to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to conduct an inspection of all boarding kitchens and food safety work at educational institutions in the area, lasting 30 days, starting from September 22.
