According to the reporter's records, on the afternoon of April 26, the last working day before the April 30-May 1 holiday, many inner-city streets such as Tay Son, Nguyen Trai, Truong Chinh, Lang, Le Van Luong, To Huu,... experienced local congestion that lasted for hours.
