2,400 cruise ship passengers dock at Tien Sa port to experience Da Nang

After arriving at Tien Sa port, visitors can experience 3 tours to explore Da Nang in one day including: Da Nang City tour, explore Sun World Bana Hills - Da Nang city and Hoi An - Da Nang city.

According to the Da Nang Department of Tourism, along with policies to attract and develop MICE business tourists, and a pilot policy to attract wedding tourists in 2025, the city's tourism industry has been promoting solutions to attract and serve cruise tourists in order to effectively exploit the source of tourists from this market segment.

In 2024, Da Nang will welcome 35 ships with 42,500 passengers, 2.3 times higher than in 2023. According to Da Nang Port's forecast, the number of passengers arriving in Da Nang by sea in 2025 will grow strongly. Tien Sa Port is expected to welcome 76 ships (41 compared to 2024) and the number of passengers is estimated to reach more than 70,000, an increase of 64% compared to 2024.
