28 works won prizes in the photo and video contest 'Happy Vietnam'

From June 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023, the Organizing Committee received more than 7,000 entries registered online in all award categories on the website: https://happy.vietnam.vn from a variety of domestic and foreign authors. The Organizing Committee and the Jury were trusted by the Department of Foreign Information, Ministry of Information and Communications , selected as experts in the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists; Vietnam Cinema Association and many experts in the field of photography and cinema. They scored very fairly and announced the best works that won the Contest, including: Photo category, Photo series:
