Location: Traditional Hang Ma Mid-Autumn Market, Dong Xuan market area, Hang Dao - Hang Giay walking street, Phung Hung street mural space, Hoan Kiem lake walking space and vicinity along with some old streets and cultural heritage sites in Hoan Kiem district.

Activities: Introducing Mid-Autumn products and children's toys; performing arts and culture; experiencing folk games; playgrounds for food display competitions, lantern procession competitions, and full moon night feast-breaking activities.

Full Moon Festival of Love

Time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on September 29 (ie August 15, Quy Mao)

Location: Outdoor stage area of Ba Kieu Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake walking street.

Activities: Lion dance performance - dragon dance on Mid-Autumn night, lantern procession, feast with the participation of teenagers and children with the characters of Hang, Cuoi, and Ong Dia. The organizing committee gives star lanterns, fish lanterns, military lanterns, and toys to the children attending the procession at Ly Thai To monument.

Location: Thang Long Imperial Citadel

Activities: Organize 150 booths along Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Le Thach Street, and the octagonal house area; reenact past and present weddings on Dinh Tien Hoang Street; Ao Dai fashion show; parade of cyclos, double-decker buses, and bicycles on Phan Dinh Phung, Hoang Dieu, and Thanh Nien streets.
