Dam Rong 2 considers investing in an Industrial Park Cluster of over 200 billion VND

On the afternoon of October 1, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 Commune (Lam Dong) worked with Dai Duc Company Limited to give opinions on the investment policy of the Lieng Srong Industrial Park Cluster project.

At the meeting, a representative of Dai Duc Company Ltd. presented a report proposing the establishment of Lieng Srong Industrial Cluster with a scale of more than 30 hectares, with a total expected investment capital of over 200 billion VND.

The project is oriented to develop into a concentrated production area, including industry and handicrafts, to attract small and medium enterprises in the fields of: agricultural processing, construction materials production, mechanics and other supporting industries.

When put into operation, the project will contribute to creating jobs for local workers, increasing budget revenue, and promoting socio -economic development of Dam Rong 2 commune and neighboring communes.

At the meeting, the two sides focused on discussing the feasibility, effectiveness, development orientation, socio-economic impacts and environmental issues when implementing the project. In particular, many opinions focused on the issue of site clearance, planning of connecting traffic infrastructure and product consumption plans to ensure the project is effective and linked to the practical needs of the locality.

Concluding the working session, comrade Ndu Ha Bien, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council affirmed: The investment in Lieng Srong Industrial Park Cluster is consistent with the socio-economic development orientation of Dam Rong 2 commune, contributing to economic restructuring, increasing income and creating jobs for people.

He requested the investor to continue completing the documents, legal basis and detailed reports to submit to the competent authority for consideration. The Party Committee and the commune government committed to accompany and support to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, transparently and effectively.
