Can Tho launches campaign to enrich and clean up land database

Accordingly, the city will complete the existing land database to ensure "correct - sufficient - clean - alive" in communes and wards that already have land databases. Specifically, review and classify land data that has been built up to now into 3 groups: the database has been built, the data is being used and ensures "correct - sufficient - clean - alive"; the database has been built, but the data needs to be correct, complete, supplemented and authenticated with information of land users and owners of assets attached to the land; the database has been built, but the data cannot be used and needs to be rebuilt. Verify information of land users and house owners on the existing database with the national population database. Build land and house data for places where the database has not been built, such as collecting copies/photocopies of certificates of land use rights and house ownership rights and identity cards/citizen identification cards of land users and house owners; Digitize, scan certificates and build, create data of land and housing users into the land information system software; authenticate information of land and housing users through the national population database. Synchronize land databases of 103 communes and wards with the national land database at the Central level; connect, share, unify, and use the land database with the national population database, the national public service portal, and the tax authority. Manage and operate land databases and online public services.

Implementation period is until November 30, 2025. The City People's Committee requests relevant departments, branches, agencies and units to seriously organize implementation, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency.
