In the preparatory session held on the afternoon of October 9, the Congress elected the Presidium, Secretariat, and the Qualification Examination Board for delegates attending the Congress and divided them into discussion groups. Of the 498 delegates attending the Congress, there were 92 incumbent delegates and 406 appointed delegates.
In today's official session, the Congress will carry out important contents according to the proposed work program.
