On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, at the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 31.08 points (1.81%) to 1,747.55 points. VN30-Index stopped at 1,980.57 points after increasing by 39.68 points (2.04%).

The market maintained green throughout the session and increased the most towards the end of the session.
The increase was mainly due to the pillar stocks, especially Vingroup stocks. The real estate group was the focus, led by the trio VIC, VHM and VRE. Of which, VIC and VHM increased to the ceiling, contributing 11.72 points and 7.95 points respectively; VRE contributed an additional 1.28 points.
The industry groups with the highest growth rates were the ones that dominated, but the increase was generally not strong except for the real estate group. On the other hand, the groups of health care equipment and services, media and entertainment, vehicles and components, personal care products, and insurance all decreased slightly, below 1%.
Liquidity reached nearly 34,000 billion VND. Foreign investors were net sellers with a purchase value of nearly 3,890 billion VND and a sale value of more than 4,349 billion VND.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, at the end of the session, the HNX-Index stopped at 273.62 points, down 1.32 points (-0.48%); the HNX30-Index slightly decreased 0.07 points (-0.01%), stopping at 596.88 points. The total transaction value reached over 2,200 billion VND.
